哎！ 想当年，暑假，老爷子、老妈的公司组织去Great America。 免费游园、抽奖、玩游戏、吃烤肉… 好开心！ 周末，准备饮料、沙拉、水果、面包、烤肉、甜点… 呼朋唤友来我家游泳、烤肉、吹牛、叙旧… 没有气候变暖、没有空气质数、没有抢劫、没有枪击，也没有疫情… 读书、工作、生活… 忙忙碌碌，充实…
时间是回不去了。
劳工节，没有当年开趴的动力和心情。 找朋友出去吃，意思意思就行了。

记得有次去首府Dallas旁边的Irving受训。 只见路上的街牌比旗杆还高，字小，要仰头往上才看得见。 餐馆的份量大。 我和一个同来受训的越南人，两人吃一份… 周五，集训结束，人人都走了。 我的飞机是第二天，于是跑去Dallas的旋转餐厅Reunion Tower上吃三文鱼沙拉，价钱老贵了… 看见有一块草地，旁边一班法国人高喊JFK，大概那里是肯尼迪遭暗杀的地方…
网上说Texas Roadhouse的面包好吃。 东西份量大，价钱公道，跟疫情前一样…
饭馆从早上11点开到晚上10点，不接受订位。
11点到达餐馆，停车场很空。 排队，登记，然后等电话通知，大约20多分钟…
走的时候，饭馆坐满了人，停车场全满了。
看不懂，on Deck，随便拿吗？
里面很空，但要坐在Patio里等通知…
